II.    The Holy Spirit in Creation

1. We cannot be specific, we can only affirm that He was involved in creation as was Jesus. (John 1:1-3 and Colossians 1:16)

2. The Triune Godhead was conversing among themselves and appears that God the Father was speaking to God the Son and to God the Holy Spirit.

III.   The Holy Spirit in Ministry

    1.  By anointing him, i.e., enabling him to perform certain specific functions. (For the principle of being elected to purpose and to

    2. It is the Holy Spirit that enables (anoints) the believer for specific functions in the body of Christ and in life in general!

    3. In II Chronicles 20:1-18 we find that the Holy Spirit:

(1)  Came upon Jahaziel, anointing him so that Jahaziel could encourage/instruct the people!

 (2) The Holy Spirit encouraged and instructed the people by speaking through a human vessel!

  (3) He still used people in a variety of ways for the purpose of accomplishing the work/will of God. In this regard, it is important
to note that any ministry must be judged by the word of God, and there should be accountability to insure that those who are ministering
are doing so in accordance with the word of God.
