2. Abraham and Sara were both old and beyond the child bearing years! It was, from a human perspective, impossible that they should have children.

IV.

1. Abram (the old man) knew God and of God! God will now reveal Himself to Abraham (the new man) as Lord!

    (1) He received Him and referred to Him as such!
    (2) He provided hospitality and offered him of the best he had,
    (3) He served the Lord!
    (4) He recognized Him for who He was, and interceded on behalf of Sodom and Gomorrah!

V.

         (1) Abraham needed to know his own faith/trust in the word of God and Abraham needed an animal for a burnt offering.

          (2) In his faithfulness to His word concerning his son (Isaac) Israel.

          (3) In His provision of the ram for the sacrifice!

VI.

      (1) There was not one feeble person among their tribes (of almost 3,000,000 people).

       (2) Subjective. (Pastor’s answer) - "If you will listen to Me, obeying all things I say, keeping My commandments and statutes,
           I will not punish or chastise you with the chastisement (judgements) I put on the Egyptians."

4. No, not always! It may be due to

   (1) Our careless lifestyle,

   (2) The environment of fallen humanity as a result of sin (Rom 5:12), or

   (3) That God might be glorified in the healing.

5. Physical healing as well as spiritual healing is made possible in/through Jesus Christ!
